As the newly appointed General Manager and Executive Producer of Droga5 Aotearoa, Rosie Grayson brings over 18 years of experience in the advertising industry across New Zealand and the UK. She has worked with top agencies like DDB Aotearoa and Adam&Eve before playing a pivotal role in launching The Monkeys—now Droga5—in New Zealand.

A dynamic leader, Rosie is passionate about delivering outstanding creative work and harnessing its power to drive business growth. She’s also a fierce advocate for women in leadership, championing a future where more women take their place in CEO roles across the industry.

Emily Au-Young, Executive Director @Reemi

Emily is the founder of Reemi, a non-profit creating sustainable, and culturally appropriate period products for people in the most complex circumstances. Emily has led the team to focus on local partnerships, evidence-based impact with the University of Munich, and ensuring the voices of wāhine are heard in a male dominated industry. Reemi has now supported more than 20,000 wāhine with game changing period products in humanitarian crises from South Sudan, to Bangladesh, to Vanuatu and most recently, more than 7,000 wāhine in Gaza & Lebanon. In 2022, Emily was listed in Forbes 30 under 30 list in Asia for Social Impact.
